Apartment rental terms and conditions

Parking for 2 cars is included in the apartment rental price: underground parking for one car, outside parking for the 2nd car. Any additional vehicles must be parked outside of the residence.
Kitchen utensils and crockery are provided in the apartments.
Water, gas and electricity are included in the rental price.
We recommend that you bring your own bed linen, although bed linen can be hired on request (see prices).
Towels and household linen can also be hired.
Apartments are rented by the week, with check-in from 4 pm on Sunday and check-out by 10 am on Sunday. Outside of this period, on certain dates, it may be possible to rent apartments by the night (minimum 2 nights). Contact us for more details.

For groups (minimum 25 guests), apartments are allocated according to availability.
Our latest check-in time is 8 pm.
A €300 deposit per apartment is payable on arrival. The deposit will be retained in the event of damage to the apartment.
When checking out, if the apartment has not been left in a perfectly clean state, a €90 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Possibility for you to let us make the end of stay cleaning, for €90 per apartment.
In the event of cancellation, your booking deposit will only be reimbursed if you have taken out our cancellation insurance (see conditions below).
A non-refundable €20 booking fee applies.
Pets are strictly prohibited in the residence.

Cancellation insurance

You will be offered cancellation insurance for €2 per rented night when you book your apartment. In the event of having to cancel your booking, the 25% booking deposit (excluding the booking fee) will be reimbursed to you, in accordance with the conditions below. Download the PDF
