| RENTAL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
•
Parking for 2 cars included in price of rental. Underground car park
for 1 vehicle, outdoor car park for 2nd vehicle. Additional vehicles
must park outside the residence.
• Apartments are equipped with crockery and cooking utensils.
• Water, gas and electricity are included in the price of the
rental.
• We recommend bringing your own bed linen. Bed linen may alsobe
hired on request (see prices).
• Towels and household linen can be rented on the spot.
• For groups (min. 25 guests) apartments are allocated according
to availabilities.
• Apartments are rented on a weekly basis during high season. Arrivals Sunday after 4 p.m. |
and departures
Sunday before 10 a.m. Nightly rentals possible outside this period
and according to availabilities (minimum 2 nights). Please contact
us.
• In all cases, guests must arrive before 8 p.m.
• A 300 € deposit per apartment is payable on arrival.
The deposit is retained in case of damage to the rental.
• Possibility for you to let us make the end of stay cleaning,
for 90 € per apartment.
• In the event of having to cancel the booking of your appartment, no reimbursement will take place if you haven’t paid a subscription to the cancellation insurance (see conditions hereafter).
• The 15 € booking fee is not reimbursable.
• Animals are strictly prohibited inside the residence. |
| CANCELLATION INSURANCE |
An cancellation insurance of 15 € per rented week (or 2,2 € per day) is on offer to you on booking your apartment. In the event of having to cancel your booking, you will be reimbursed out of 25% deposit (excluding your booking fees) according to the conditions attached.
